The "Pout-Perfect" Return Policy

 

1. The Hygiene Rule (The Big One)

Because our lip glosses are used on the face, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, swatched, or used. This ensures the safety and health of all our customers.

Condition: Items must be in their original, unopened packaging with the seal intact.

Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

 

2. Damaged or Wrong Items

If your gloss arrives cracked, leaking, or if we sent you "Cherry Pie" instead of "Berry Blast," we’ve got you covered!

 

Email us at shhhonda.contact@gmail.com with a photo of the damage/error within [48 hours] of delivery.

We will send a replacement immediately at no extra cost to you.

 

3. How to Start a Return

  2. Refund: After we inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within [5-7] business days.

Flat Rate Shipping: We offer a flat shipping rate of $2.99 on all orders.

Carrier: Orders are typically shipped via USPS or UPS depending on the package size and destination.

Delivery Time: Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after the processing period.

 

International Shipping

Availability: As of now, we do not take international orders.

Scope: We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause as we grow our business.

 

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of shipment.

 

Damages & Issues
